Vice GOVERNOR PEARL PACADA reiterates her strong belief in the wisdom of the old and how their experiences will teach us on how to live our lives properly.

 

She also thanked her parents, who were part of the celebration, and spoke of her gratitude to them and extended her love to all the senior citizens of Tarlac.

It was a big group and indeed a moment of merriment. At the end of the day, we realize that the Senior Citizens still have a lot to contribute for the betterment and progress of the Province of Tarlac.
