Vice GOVERNOR PEARL has been cited by the LVGP (League of the Vice Governors of the Philippines) as one of the “Top Outstanding Vice Governors of the Philippines.” She formally received the award last December 6, 2012 during the LVGP 55th National Assembly in Manila.

Leonides Fausto, National President of the LVGP and Vice Governor of Cagayan, said that “the award is given to deserving Vice Governors whose leadership is responsive in effecting changes for their Province’s and the nation’s development.”

The LVGP gave credence to the Lady Vice Governor because of vice GOVERNOR PEARL PACADA’s legislative measures and concrete efforts. “We chose vice GOV Pearl because we believe that she is the person who drives positive change and progress within her Province through her effective leadership,” said the LVGP President.
