Vice Governor Pearl Pacada celebrated with the different members of the LVGP (League of the Vice Governors of the Philippines) during their DAP (Development Academy of the Philippines) Graduation.

    

     The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is the premier Institution mandated by the government to provide capacity building for local officials. The celebration served as the awarding ceremony on the two- year Diploma Course in Local Governance and Development.

     

     VG Pearl shares that she will do her best to continually be a better public servant for her beloved Province-mates.
