Vice Governor Pearl joins the people of San Roque, Lapaz on the celebration of their Feast Day. The Grand Celebration was held last night, August 16, 2012 at the Barangay San Roque covered court.

     Despite the devastation of the hit of the flood brought about by the heavy rains, the barangay people were very happy for Vice Governor Pearl Pacada was there to celebrate the feast day with them. The Lady Vice Governor, who gave relief goods to the flood victims of Lapaz, also gave away goods as prizes for the raffle draw during the evening.

     Vice Governor Pearl Pacada, the mother of the Province, would like to instill to her Province mates that after the storm, there will always be hope that we will move forward from this endeavor.
