erates, “Magtanim, magtanim, at magtanim lagi tayo ng puno.” Join our Mother of the Province in the protection of Mother Earth, let us join hands in the Step (Social Transformation through Environmental Protection) to PEARL (Protect Earth Always Remember Life) program.

The Proclamation aims to create awareness on global warming and climate changes through broad and intensive information and educational campaign and seeks to secure the collective cooperation of all citizens as well as the collective action of the private and public sectors at all levels in finding solutions to the threats of a changing climate.

The Global Warming and Climate Change Consciousness Week is in pursuant to Proclamation No. 1776 dated November 18, 2008, declaring November 19 to 25 as the ‘Global Warming and Climate Change Consciousness Week.’
